Eighth annual litigation study — cases from 2023
Yukov and Partners entered Group 1 among leading federal litigators. The study split firms into larger practices with more than 30 cases and boutiques with 10–30 disputes; the firm was in the larger-practice category. The study reported nine Group 1 teams with 30 or more cases, two more than in the previous year, considering firms with an average claim exceeding RUB 30 million. It names ART DE LEX, BGP Litigation, Orchards, EPAM, Kovalev, Tugushi and Partners, Regionservice, Rustam Kurmaev and Partners, and Yukov and Partners.
Across federal firms, the study found that the average claim value fell by 7.5% to RUB 3.1 billion.
Yukov and Partners ranked eighth among the top twenty by total claim value, at RUB 2,535,430,000, and eighth among the top fifteen firms handling the most expensive cases in 2023, at RUB 61,830,000. It was placed in Group 1 in the overall federal ranking.
Seventh annual study — cases from 2022
Pravo.ru analysed more than 10,000 court decisions. Yukov and Partners entered the top fifteen by number of cases, ranked seventh by total claim value and eighth by average claim value, and was placed in Group 2 overall.

Fourth litigation study — cases from 2019
The study identified leading litigation firms, including those with the greatest caseload, highest claim values and strongest win rates. For firms with at least 30 cases, Yukov and Partners ranked third by number of cases (122), sixth by total claim value (RUB 185,925.4 million) and ninth by average claim value (RUB 994.3 million), and was placed in Group 2 overall.

Bankruptcy disputes in 2018
Yukov and Partners entered Group 1 in Pravo.ru's study of firms active in bankruptcy disputes in Russian courts. It reported the largest aggregate claim value among the cases submitted for the ranking: RUB 188,444,000,000.
Litigation market study for 2018
Yukov and Partners ranked first, with an aggregate claim value of RUB 177,790,000,000. EPAM and Muranov, Chernyakov and Partners also exceeded RUB 100 billion. Pavlova and Partners followed with RUB 97,259 million, and Kovalev, Tugushi and Partners with RUB 64,606 million.
Earlier litigation market research
Pravo.ru's earlier research placed Pepeliaev Group, Yukov and Partners, Padva and Partners, Delcredere, Yustina, S&K Vertical, Moscow Bar Association Arbat, Art de Lex, KIAP and Dentons among the ten leading firms for success in court.
The top ten by win rate, excluding bankruptcy cases, were Dentons, YUS Aureum, Lidings, Nektorov, Saveliev & Partners, EMPP, KIAP, Yukov and Partners, Infralex, Olevinsky, Buyukyan and Partners, and Moscow Bar Association Arbat.
The study also calculated the aggregate value of claims won, without adjusting for each firm's degree of involvement. Its final index normalised three measures to values between zero and one using a method analogous to the World Bank's human development index, then added the three scores.
The overall leaders were Dentons, Yukov and Partners, Yustina, Delcredere, Pepeliaev Group, Art de Lex, KIAP, YUS Aureum, Lidings and Moscow Bar Association Arbat.
