Vyacheslav Uvachev

Vyacheslav Uvachev is a Senior Partner and holds a Candidate of Legal Sciences degree.

He graduated from the Faculty of Law of Lomonosov Moscow State University.

His work experience includes: Head of the legal department of “Joint company “Siberian Aluminum” JSC, Counselor and Deputy Department Director of “Siberian Aluminum” LTD.

He provides support for investment and managerial projects, evaluates legal risks, develops strategies for business legal support, negotiates and consults on legal aspects. Vyacheslav has an extensive experience in communication and legal information in various sectors of business and law.

He is a Member of the Human Rights Commission of the Russian Association of Lawyers, Arbiter of the joint commission on corporate ethics of the Russian Union Of Industrialists And Entrepreneurs.
