Before joining Yukov and Partners, he headed the legal departments of several major Russian companies. His responsibilities included contracts, corporate matters, claims and litigation, legal support for foreign trade, dealings with tax and other regulatory authorities, extensive court work and enforcement of judgments.
He also has experience in maritime law.
He has handled disputes involving the Federal Tax Service, the Ministry of Finance, the Government of the Russian Federation and Russian Railways.
He represents clients in commercial courts and courts of general jurisdiction at all levels in civil, administrative and other disputes.
