Viktoria Daudrikh

Viktoria Daudrikh is a Senior Partner and attorney at Yukov and Partners.

She graduated from the Faculty of Law at Lomonosov Moscow State University in 2003 and joined the Anti-Crisis Management Centre law firm in 2005.

She has more than 25 years of experience representing legal entities in commercial courts and courts of general jurisdiction across various areas of law.

She qualified as an attorney with the Moscow Bar Association in 2010.

She specialises in civil and commercial procedure, civil law, including obligations and property rights, corporate and contract law, and bankruptcy.

She advises clients and conducts cases in commercial and civil courts at all levels. Her work includes legal review of documents, assessment of legal risks and preparation of opinions on companies' business activities, the application of law and draft legislation.

She is a qualified specialist in sanctions compliance and sanctions law, as well as legal technology, digital law and electronic evidence.
